Description: As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care. You will assist the doctor in orthodontic procedures, treatment planning, and patient education. You will help maintain a well-organized practice by preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments. You will assist in procedures and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments for orthodontic procedures. Assist the doctor with patient treatment and position instruments. Handle orthodontic appliances and educate patients on treatment plans. Provide information on post-procedure care and oral hygiene. Manage patient scheduling and assist with front-office tasks as needed. Support staff with treatment planning, billing, and insurance matters. Ensure accurate submission of expenses and invoices. Maintain office inventory, including supplies and equipment. Address patient and employee concerns professionally. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
