You will contribute directly to the patient experience through technical skills and compassionate care. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, surgical setting and is passionate about patient safety, comfort, and high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include placing and finishing dental restorations (fillings) after the dentist prepares the tooth. You will take accurate impressions for temporary crowns, bridges, and diagnostic models. You will fabricate and place temporary crowns and bridges. Your duties will also involve performing coronal polishing and fluoride treatments. You will apply sealants and desensitizing agents as directed. Assisting the dentist during procedures, including restorative, prosthodontic, and endodontic treatments, will be part of your role. You will take and process radiographs. Maintaining proper infection control and sterilization standards is essential. You will provide clear post-treatment instructions to patients. You will chart treatment notes accurately and assist with updating patient records. Monitoring inventory and preparing trays for procedures will be part of your responsibilities. You will support the front office team with patient flow and case coordination when needed.
