This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, surgical setting and is passionate about patient safety, comfort, and high-quality care. You will assist oral surgeons with surgical procedures, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafts, and IV sedation cases. You will prepare and maintain surgical instruments, operatory, and sterilization areas in compliance with infection control protocols. You will monitor and reassure patients before, during, and after procedures, ensuring comfort and safety. You may take and process dental radiographs, including panoramic and CBCT imaging if certified. You will provide clear post-operative instructions to patients and caregivers. You will manage surgical inventory, prepare surgical trays, and order supplies as needed. You will support sedation and anesthesia setup (IV or nitrous) and the recovery process under supervision. Collaboration with front desk and clinical staff will be essential to ensure efficient workflow and patient experience.
