Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Specialty in Open Heart is seeking a qualified Clinical Surgical Technologist (CST) with experience in open heart procedures to provide direct patient care within a cardiovascular operating room. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to sterile techniques, and supporting the surgical team in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Job Details:

Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Certification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA), experience with open heart procedures, current license or certification as applicable, and at least 1 year of hands-on OR experience in a cardiac surgical setting.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in cardiac or cardiovascular surgery.
