Requirements:
2+ years RN experience
Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at submission
BLS – Healthcare Provider
AHA ACLS
CVOR / Open Heart experience – REQUIRED
ICU experience preferred
Scrubbing experience preferred
EPIC experience
