Shift: 8hr Day Shift (40) Shift Information: 0530-0700 (variable start times)
Clinical Interviewing- Yes, with manager approval to offer On Call, Call Back Requirements: 30-minute response time o 8 weeks call schedule General o 2230-0700: 5-8 slots o Weekend Call: 1-2 weekends (12-hour shifts Saturday & Sunday) *Subject to change based on staffing needs, Weekend Rotation: Covered with Call o 30-minute response time o 8 weeks call schedule General o Weekend Call: 1-2 weekends (12-hour shifts Saturday & Sunday) *Subject to change based on staffing needs Holiday Requirements: Primarily covered with call Floating Requirements: Floats within surgical services only

- General: Breasts/Plastics, Vascular, Laparoscopic, General Oncology, Genitourinary (GU), Gynecology (GYN), Abdominal XI Robots
Support on the Unit:
- Charge Nurse, Leads, Supervisors, Manager
Charting System/Equipment:
- EPIC
- Alaris
- Pyxis
Floating:
- Cross trained to all Main OR & Urology center but no floating to other hospitals.
Orientation:
- 1-1 weeks depending on Team and shift: (Subject to change based on unit needs)
Scheduling:
- Variable start times for Day shift (Anywhere between 5:30am-7am)
- Weekend rotation: Covered with call
- Can we approve time off: Check with hiring supervisor
- On Call
- 30 min response time
- General (8 Week call schedule)
- 2230-0700: 5-8 slots
- 1-2 Weekends, 12-hour shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Holiday Expectations: If Agency wants more information, please contact hiring supervisor
