Requirements & Qualifications

Licensure: Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission
Certifications:
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS
- AHA ACLS
Experience:
- CVOR/Open Heart experience required
- ICU experience preferred
- Scrubbing experience preferred
