Registered Nurse (RN) - CVOR

Role Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will perform critical duties in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR), including:

• Scrubbing cardiac cases requiring bypass and related mediastinal procedures.
• Assisting in thoracic surgeries, including daVinci assisted procedures, open thoracotomy, and VATS.
• Initiating ECMO and performing pericardial window procedures.
• Participating in various cardiac cases such as CABG, valve replacements, aortic dissection repairs, TAVRs, and thoracic surgeries.
• Taking call shifts as required, with weekend availability.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following:

• Two years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient skills in scrubbing cardiac cases.
• Ability to take call as needed.

Certifications Required

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

Dress Code

Scrubs will be provided by the facility.
