Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

10-hour days, 10x4 schedule; 12-hour night shifts may also be required, including call, weekends, and holidays. Note that there is no block scheduling.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse specialized in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) nursing. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in a Level 1 trauma setting, with a high rating on general nursing skills, particularly in neuro and vascular areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in the CVOR setting.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care with a focus on cardiovascular patients.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
• Utilize electronic devices and software tools effectively in day-to-day operations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous travel nursing experience is highly preferred.
• Competence in using Outlook, Workday, and Shift Wizard.
• Must have own electronic device and demonstrate proficiency in its use.
• Must be available for call shifts and work weekends and holidays.
