GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Portland, Oregon.
Join a leading acute-care hospital in Portland, OR, as a CVOR Registered Nurse. This is an exciting opportunity for both local candidates and first-time travelers looking to advance their careers in a supportive environment. We are committed to providing you with the resources you need to succeed, including a reduced Non-Billable Orientation (NBO) of 0 hours compared to the standard 40 hours.
As a CVOR RN, you will be expected to work 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00, with a commitment to weekends and on-call duties as needed. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:1, ensuring you can provide the highest level of care. While this position does not require floating between units, it is common for travelers to be asked to float based on their skill sets.
Special requirements include consideration for first-time travelers on a case-by-case basis, with a strong preference for those with prior scrub experience. Please note that contracts longer than 12 weeks are not approved, and a vehicle is required for this assignment.
Facilities that may be included in this assignment are located in Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent. If you are asked to float to Seaside, you will receive a $5/hr incentive for hours worked there, along with IRS mileage reimbursement. If floating consecutive shifts, hotel accommodations will also be provided.
