Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality surgical care to patients in the operating room setting. The successful candidate will work closely with surgical teams and must possess the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care to surgical patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain the operating room and required equipment.
- Assist in surgical procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort during surgery.
- Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after surgery.
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN license (ADN or BSN) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the operating room.
- Experience in Orthopedics or Neurosurgery is preferred.
- Ability to work on call during weekends (7 days per month, including Fri, Sat, and Sun).
