Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: Valid licensure as a First Assist (FA) with licensing in Virginia, proficiency in orthopedic, Da Vinci robotic surgery, and neurosurgical procedures, with at least 1 year of experience.
- Specialty Name: Operating Room First Assist Open Heart.
- Experience: 1.0 year preferred, but a minimum of 0 years required.
- Unit Specifics:
- Number of beds: 10 main operating rooms.
- Patient Ratios: 1:1.
- Staffing: Each room staffed with 1 circulating nurse and 1 surgical technologist.
- Equipment: OR equipment including Da Vinci robotic systems.
- Documentation System: Meditech.
- Policies: Unit specific policies and guidelines to be attached.
- Certifications: Must be licensed First Assist in Virginia.
- Additional Requirements: Proficient in orthopedic, Da Vinci, and neurosurgical procedures, with advanced skills in craniotomy, spine fusion, liver resection, Whipple procedure, and MAKO total joint surgeries.
- Dress Code: Scrubs provided.
