Description

American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a CVICU night shift position requiring 18 months of recent CVICU experience and an active Ohio or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in the CVICU unit of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule, 4x12 hours from 7:00pm to 7:30am
• 13-week assignment length
• Required to work at least every other holiday

Requirements

• Active Ohio RN license or compact license in hand required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (AHA or American Red Cross accepted)
• Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty required
• Minimum 18 months of recent CVICU experience required (travel experience accepted)
• Must complete and pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation with acceptable scores

Additional Information

• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to this health system for 1 year from their previous end date
• Travelers may extend on assignment for up to 18 months total, with a 6-month break required before returning unless client-approved
• PBDS assessment is waived for this position
