We are seeking an organized and service-focused Travel Customer Support Coordinator to assist with travel research, reservation coordination, and client support. This role is suited for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating with customers, and managing details in a remote environment.
Responsibilities include assisting with destination and accommodation research, coordinating reservation details, responding to travel-related questions, maintaining accurate client information, and providing support throughout the travel planning process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with researching destinations, accommodations, cruises, and vacation options
- Coordinate reservation details and confirm travel information
- Respond professionally to client questions and requests
