Job Summary:
A CT Technologist position is available in a healthcare setting. This role involves performing computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures in both inpatient and outpatient environments. The position requires flexibility with scheduling, including weekend and holiday shifts, and involves working a night shift schedule. The successful candidate will have active licensure, relevant certifications, and clinical experience in performing IV procedures.
Job Details:
- Location: Not specified.
- Schedule: Nights, Tuesday through Friday, from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Active Virginia license, BLS certification (American Heart Association), ARRT certification, at least 2 years of experience, strong IV skills, flexible with weekends, and availability for weekly call rotation with a 1-hour response time. Holiday shifts are scheduled into the work calendar.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic medical records, familiarity with GE systems, and ability to work in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Additional Information: Scrubs are provided if assigned to the operating room; otherwise, any color scrubs except navy blue are acceptable. A maximum of one week of floor orientation is required. The hospital can cancel up to 2 shifts within 12 weeks or 3 shifts within 13 weeks without penalty. No on-call responsibilities are required for this role.
