Job Summary:

The position requires flexibility with scheduling, including weekend and holiday shifts, and involves working a night shift schedule. The successful candidate will have active licensure, relevant certifications, and clinical experience in performing IV procedures.

Job Details:

  • Location: Not specified.
  • Schedule: Nights, Tuesday through Friday, from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Active Virginia license, BLS certification (American Heart Association), ARRT certification, at least 2 years of experience, strong IV skills, flexible with weekends, and availability for weekly call rotation with a 1-hour response time. Holiday shifts are scheduled into the work calendar.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic medical records, familiarity with GE systems, and ability to work in inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Additional Information: Scrubs are provided if assigned to the operating room; otherwise, any color scrubs except navy blue are acceptable. A maximum of one week of floor orientation is required. The hospital can cancel up to 2 shifts within 12 weeks or 3 shifts within 13 weeks without penalty. No on-call responsibilities are required for this role.
