Radiology Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography (CT) at a healthcare facility. This role involves performing general CT scans in emergency and outpatient settings, following department standards and safety protocols. The position requires working evening shifts with a focus on delivering quality imaging services.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Evening shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, totaling 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: ARRT certification, BLS certification, Crisis Protocol Approved; minimum of 1 year of experience in CT imaging; AZ state license for radiology and computed tomography.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE, Phillips, and Siemens imaging equipment; familiarity with Cerner EMR system.
  • Additional Information: The technologist must be capable of performing both CT and diagnostic/general X-ray procedures. Department handles ER and outpatient studies, with an average of scans per day facilitated by a Philips and Toshiba machinery setup. No float requirements or holiday shifts. Department-specific orientation provided. The role involves working in a department with an in-house radiologist and no use of registered radiology assistants.
