Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Job Summary:
Provides health care services applying pulsed x-ray energy to assist diagnosis or treatment. Performs CT procedures, computer processing, and related techniques, producing images for interpretation by or at the request of a licensed independent practitioner. Exercises professional judgment in the performance of service and maintains a demeanor complimentary to medical ethics. Recognizes various patient conditions to provide appropriate patient care and ensure successful completion of the exam or procedure.

Required Qualifications:
- Three (3) years of experience.
- One (1) year of mammography diagnostic experience.
- Associates degree from a JRCERT-accredited Radiology Program OR military training graduate of JRCERT-accredited program validated by active ARRT Certification.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding eye-hand coordination.
- Ability to operate all equipment related to the job.
- Attention to detail.
- Must maintain continuing education hours required by licensing agency.
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

Required Certifications & Licensure:
- BLS.
- Current American Registry Radiologic Technology (ARRT) Registry in Radiography RT(R).
- Current Commonwealth of Kentucky Radiation License with the Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy.
- ARRT (CT).
