Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Cardiovascular Technician specializing in Computed Tomography (CT) imaging for a position in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. The role involves performing cardiac CT scans, adhering to radiation safety protocols, and providing high-quality imaging services within an acute care setting. The technician will work a rotating day/night shift schedule over a defined assignment period.

Job Details:

  • Shift Schedule: Rotating day and night shifts, with daily shifts from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, totaling 11.5 hours per shift.
  • Minimum Hours Per Week: 34.5 hours.
  • Start Date: 09/21/2026.
  • End Date: 12/21/2026.
  • Required Qualifications: Certification as a Certified CT Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Computed Tomography (CT); NYS Radiation Technologist license; BLS Certification; at least 1 year of CT technologist experience; experience with IV contrast procedures; and NYS Radiation Technologist license.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in cardiac CT scans, familiarity with acute care environments, and proficiency in EPIC charting system.
  • Additional Information: This role involves floating to radiology as needed, with no weekends, no holidays, and no on-call responsibilities. The position is based within an acute division of the healthcare provider specializing in cardiovascular and radiology services.
