Job Summary:
Radiology - CT (Computed Tomography) Technologist position located at the healthcare organizations main campus. The role involves performing a variety of CT scans, including pediatrics, cardiac, and procedural imaging, with a focus on patient care and adherence to department protocols. The position requires certification and experience in computed tomography and will support the imaging team during assigned shifts.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shifts, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, or Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM, with additional shifts from Monday 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. The shift hours are 10 hours, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The assignment begins on 10/12/2026 and concludes on 01/11/2027.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications include ARRT (Computed Tomography) certified and BLS certified. A minimum of 1 year of experience is required. Prior travel experience is preferred but not mandatory. Experience with Siemens equipment and PACS/Epic software is preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Good patient care skills, procedural experience, Siemens equipment experience, and prior travel experience are preferred.
- Additional Information:
- Work at the main campus only, with no department float required unless specified.
- Standard department involves working with Siemens, Phillips, and GE imaging equipment; Cannon experience is not required.
- A radiology supervisor and lead technician are present during shifts.
- No use of Registered Radiology Assistants; a CNA department assistant is available.
- IV start capability required.
- Response time for call or standby is part of the shift expectations.
- Scrubs are provided in the specified color.
