Job Summary:
CT Technologist position available in a healthcare facility located in a dynamic setting. The role involves performing computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures across various adult and pediatric areas. The position requires adherence to departmental protocols, ensuring high-quality imaging services and patient safety within a multidisciplinary team.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, with possible weekend coverage, call, and holiday responsibilities. Minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certified CT Technologist with ARRT certification (CT preferred), BLS certification (American Heart Association), valid West Virginia license, and a minimum of 2 years of experience. Must hold an active drivers license, be outside 50 miles from the facility, and provide an unexpired drivers license and radiation badge at submission.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC electronic medical records, Canon/Toshiba, Fuji Synaps equipment, and CT procedures.
- Additional Information:
- No weekend, holiday, or on-call duties.
- Black scrubs required for all technologists.
- In-house radiologist coverage from 7 am to 7 pm, on-call overnight.
- Ability to start IVs required.
- General orientation lasting up to 2 weeks, depending on modality, with US/MRI potentially requiring longer.
- Performs various CT imaging studies across adult and pediatric populations, excluding IR procedures.
