Job Summary
Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist position in a healthcare facility located in a metropolitan area. The role involves providing diagnostic imaging services across various campuses, with an emphasis on proficiency in Siemens and GE CT equipment. The position requires experienced imaging professionals capable of working nights and collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Job Details
- Location: Metropolitan healthcare facility with multiple campuses, including Iowa Lutheran, Methodist West Iowa, and Iowa Methodist Medical Center.
- Schedule: Night shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: 36 months (3 years) of current CT / Computed Tomography experience, hospital or medical center experience prioritized. Proficient experience using Siemens CT equipment required and GE CT experience preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Recent Level I trauma experience, stroke imaging experience, active Iowa radiology license (highly preferred but will consider licensing candidates), current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification, and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Additional Information: Candidates must have experience with all age groups, power injection contracts, and injectors. Candidates should have a 24-month current work history in CT with documentation to support. The orientation dates include 09/28 (no sooner), 10/05, 10/12, and 10/19. Candidates must be able to quickly interview via phone call or text from a 405 area code and meet the minimum of 36 months of recent CT experience.
