Job Summary:
The position is for a CT Technologist in a multidisciplinary imaging environment at a healthcare facility location. This assignment involves performing computed tomography (CT) and X-ray procedures with high-quality diagnostic imaging, ensuring patient safety, and managing patient flow effectively. The role requires strong pediatric imaging skills and proficiency in radiation safety principles, serving as an integral part of the imaging team over a 16-week period.

Job Details:

  • Shift: 12-hour nights, from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Schedule: Nights, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Start Date: 10/06/2026
  • End Date: 01/30/2027
  • Required Qualifications:
    • Graduate of an accredited Radiology program
    • ARRT (R) Radiologic Technologist certification
    • ARRT (CT) Computed Tomography Technologist certification
    • BLS American Heart Association certification
    • At least 3 years of imaging experience, with pediatric experience specifically noted in work history comments
    • Skilled in high-quality pediatric diagnostic imaging
    • Familiar with ALARA principles and radiation safety
    • Proficient in CT physics, dose reduction, and the Image Gently Campaign
    • Experienced with IV placement, vascular access, and managing extravasation
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Pediatric imaging experience emphasized during work history
  • Additional Information:
    • New travelers will be considered for this assignment
    • On-call responsibilities, if needed, will vary by location
    • Dual modality work in CT and X-ray performed during the same shift
    • No RTO requested during the first two weeks of assignment
    • No float requirement; personnel will not be reassigned to other areas within this assignment
