  • On-Call: 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month
  • Weekend/Holiday Coverage: May be required as scheduled

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
  • Travel Cath Lab experience required
  • Community hospital experience required
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
  • One of the following required: RCIS, ARRT, or RTR
  • First-time travelers may be considered with 3 years of strong Cath Lab experience
  • Ability to work in a high-acuity, team-oriented cardiac environment
  • Comfort with scheduled call, weekend coverage, and floating within scope if needed

Responsibilities

  • Support diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in the Cath Lab
  • Assist with right and left heart catheterizations, PCI, CTO, and coronary thrombectomy
  • Participate in structural and advanced cardiac procedures such as TAVR, MitraClip, TriClip, ASD/PFO closure, and pericardiocentesis
  • Provide skilled monitoring, hemodynamic assessment, and sterile field maintenance
  • Assist with device placement and support, including IABP, Impella, ECMO, and temporary pacemakers
  • Prepare equipment, anticipate physician needs, and help maintain efficient room turnover
  • Collaborate with the care team to deliver safe, compassionate care to adult and geriatric patients
  • Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and readiness in a fast-moving procedural setting
