Job Summary:

CT Technologist position in a healthcare setting located to provide timely diagnostic services for inpatients and outpatients under the supervision of a Radiologist. The role involves performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including CT scans of the head, brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and biopsy or drainage procedures. The position supports departmental protocols and demonstrates proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning techniques.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights shift, Friday through Monday, from 10:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Certifications/Education Requirements/Qualifications: The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited American Medical Association (AMA) school, registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT), licensed by the state as a general radiographer, and possess no minimum years of experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience performing routine diagnostic CT scans, knowledge of CT system processing, surgical/sterile procedures, studies with or without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy.
  • Responsibilities: Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and operating room imaging services. Demonstrate proficiency with CT scans of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures.
  • Additional Information: All travel submissions must include at least two years of prior travel experience. No local candidates will be considered. This is a vacant position created due to the current vacancy. The employer emphasizes that all facility payments are made by the facility directly.
