CT Technologist

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated CT Technologist to join our team. This role involves working the night shift from Monday to Friday, from 11 PM to 7 AM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing computed tomography scans and maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

Perform CT scans as ordered by physicians, ensuring accuracy and high-quality images.
Prepare and position patients for examinations, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort.
Maintain and operate imaging equipment, troubleshooting issues as necessary.
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Document patient information and maintain accurate records of procedures and images.
Collaborate with medical staff to discuss imaging findings and assist in diagnostics.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
Current certification in Computed Tomography (CT) by a recognized body.
Valid state licensure to practice as a Radiologic Technologist.
Strong knowledge of imaging protocols and procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing quality patient care.
