Job Summary:
Radiology Technician in the CT (Computed Tomography) specialty at a medical facility located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This role involves operating GE CT equipment to perform routine and trauma-related CT exams in an emergency and inpatient setting. The position requires a professional with at least one year of experience in a Level I trauma environment, capable of working independently to support clinical needs.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: ARRT Radiography certification is mandatory; CT certification or experience is preferred. A minimum of 1 year of experience performing routine CT exams in an emergency and inpatient setting is required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Ability to operate GE CT equipment independently, proficiency in performing trauma pan scans, head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and CTA procedures.
- Additional Information: The successful candidate will be required to perform ED (Emergency Department) and inpatient CT exams, adhering to procedures involving trauma, head, neck, chest, abdominal, pelvis, extremities, and CTA scans.
