Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be required to hold an ARRT registration and a valid RT licensure in Maine, along with a BLS certification. This position is designed for 36 hours a week and involves working at various locations based on staffing needs, including multiple walk-in care facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality radiologic examinations to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Provide exceptional patient care and comfort throughout the imaging process.
• Handle patient registrations and perform clerical duties as needed to support walk-in care teams.
• Work on different shifts including days, evenings, and weekends, depending on departmental requirements.
• Adapt to location changes and varied shift work as necessary, including potential overnight shifts for CT services.

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT registration and RT licensure in Maine.
• BLS certification required.
• A minimum of 2 years of solid hospital experience is preferred.
• Fluency in various imaging modalities such as Bone Density, Fluoroscopy, C-Arm, CT, and Portable Radiology is preferred.

Shift Information:

• Work 37 hours weekly, rotating between three separate locations.
• Shifts include:
  • Two days a week (Tuesday and Friday): 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Two days a week (Monday and Thursday): 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Every third weekend rotation required.
