Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures including CT of the head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
• Provide timely diagnostic imaging services to both inpatient and outpatient populations under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols
• Perform basic radiographic procedures including fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services
• Conduct studies with and without contrast media, demonstrating knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy
• Apply knowledge of CT system processing and surgical/sterile procedures

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited AMA radiologic technology program
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
• Current state licensure as a general radiographer in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum of 2 years of CT technologist experience
• Prior travel assignment experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with biopsy and drainage procedures under CT guidance
• Familiarity with call coverage responsibilities in a hospital or acute care setting
