Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Every Other Weekend
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT examinations, CTA studies, and STROKE protocol imaging with a working knowledge of applicable procedures
- Administer contrast agents via injection to patients during CT studies, adhering to sterile technique throughout
- Review images for technical accuracy prior to transmitting to PACS for radiologist interpretation
- Operate and navigate facility EMR system (Cerner) as part of daily workflow
- Maintain patient safety, privacy, and confidentiality in accordance with applicable standards
- Work independently with minimal clinical supervision while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
Required Qualifications
- ARRT (CT) certification required
- Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience required
- Demonstrated history of computer usage in a clinical setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal clinical supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with Cerner EMR
- Familiarity with STROKE protocols and advanced CTA imaging procedures
