Key Responsibilities
Produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation in accordance with established radiology department standards.
Demonstrate competence across a variety of imaging equipment and technology as determined by competency assessments.
Practice and enforce proper safety guidelines for patients, support personnel, and self.
Ensure a high level of patient service through proper communication, imaging technique, and adherence to safety protocols.
Maintain flexibility to staff various work locations, shift times, and shift lengths including days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends.
Perform other functional duties as assigned to support efficient and optimal patient care.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited radiography program.
ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required.
ARRT certification in CT required.
Active BLS certification required.
Appropriate state licensure in the state of practice (where required).
CT and X-ray experience required.
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with Siemens CT scanning equipment preferred.
Familiarity with Bayer Medrad injector, venipuncture, general imaging, and Epic EMR preferred.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and independent work skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
