Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and advanced CT scans in accordance with radiologist protocols
  • Operate CT imaging equipment and associated workstations independently and without supervision
  • Perform post-processing imaging including MIP, MPR, and 3D reconstructions
  • Support procedures such as biopsies, drainages, and vascular or cardiac imaging as needed
  • Document and manage patient imaging data accurately within the electronic medical records system
Required Qualifications
  • Active State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a Radiographer (must be obtained prior to assignment start date)
  • Current ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in an acute hospital setting
  • Ability to function independently and perform routine CT scans per radiologist protocols
  • Proof of flu vaccination or facility-approved medical or religious exemption required prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience with Meditech EMR, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation
  • Proficiency in venipuncture techniques
  • Experience with trauma, stroke, or vascular and cardiac imaging
  • Familiarity with interventional procedures such as biopsies or drainages
