Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and advanced CT scans in accordance with radiologist protocols
Operate CT imaging equipment and associated workstations independently and without supervision
Perform post-processing imaging including MIP, MPR, and 3D reconstructions
Support procedures such as biopsies, drainages, and vascular or cardiac imaging as needed
Document and manage patient imaging data accurately within the electronic medical records system
Required Qualifications
Active State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a Radiographer (must be obtained prior to assignment start date)
Current ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in an acute hospital setting
Ability to function independently and perform routine CT scans per radiologist protocols
Proof of flu vaccination or facility-approved medical or religious exemption required prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with Meditech EMR, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation
Proficiency in venipuncture techniques
Experience with trauma, stroke, or vascular and cardiac imaging
Familiarity with interventional procedures such as biopsies or drainages
