Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and physician orders
- Apply working knowledge of CT quality control procedures to ensure image accuracy and equipment performance
- Follow medical and surgical aseptic procedures to maintain a safe patient environment
- Utilize knowledge of anatomical posture and positioning to produce diagnostic-quality images
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulatory standards throughout patient care
- Organize patient care activities and set priorities to maintain efficient workflow
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of CT experience required
- ARRT (R) certification required
- ARRT CT registry required
- Active New York state license required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working night shift in a hospital or acute care setting
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment
