Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Nights — 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Holiday rotation required | No on-call
Key Responsibilities
Perform CT imaging examinations and administer intravenous contrast injections in accordance with hospital guidelines, ensuring safety for patients, the public, and self
Prepare equipment and scanning area for patient procedures; transport or escort patients to and from the CT area; maintain clean and stocked rooms
Perform general radiographic examinations as required under the direction and supervision of a radiologist or physician
Ensure radiation safety compliance in accordance with applicable state and federal requirements; educate patients and family members on procedures
Operate and maintain imaging equipment, perform quality control testing, and record maintenance in departmental log books
Complete all required clerical duties, maintain accurate patient care documentation, and attend departmental staff meetings and in-services
Required Qualifications
ARRT(R) — active, non-expired registration
Current BLS certification
Active Ohio Department of Health License for Radiologic Technologist
Minimum 1 year of CT experience
Minimum 2 years of Radiology experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
ARRT(R)(CT) — advanced CT registry preferred
ACLS certification preferred
Experience gathering, organizing, and analyzing data across multi-step imaging procedures
Familiarity operating advanced or varied radiology equipment beyond routine use
