Requisition Comments and Notes:CT Tech Shift: 40 hours a week: 1st shift 8x5 days, start times vary between 7a-8a.(Locals are accepted (75 miles or less) at lower BR, All time off required at time of submission weekend rotation, holiday rotation and on call as needed. EMR: Epic, experience required. Required Upon Submission: 2 years experience, must have ARRT CT Scan. Active CT license is NOT required at time of submission, but they will need to get it before they start. BLS required, GE and Siemens CT Scan experience required. Previous travel preferred not required. All areas of CT Scan imaging to include, CTA neuro, vascular, trauma, and orthopedic imaging. Adult Patients, ER/Inpts/Outpts, Stroke center, Trauma 3 center, angiography. Required Upon Offer: Covid Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed. Flu Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed.IVS to Interview with OFFER, 3 days or less of RTO. Mandatory Overtime: During Personnels assignment with Client, he or she is considered part of the unit and will be included as part of the rotation pool of staff (i.e., Client employees and Personnel) who are required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure coverage for the unit. Float: Client may float or reassign Personnel to a different department, unit, or facility (within 30 miles of the Personnels originally assigned facility) within the Personnels clinical competence.Mandatory Overtime: During Personnels assignment with Client, he or she is considered part of the unit and will be included as part of the rotation pool of staff (i.e., Client employees and Personnel) who are required to work additional hours on an as-needed basis to ensure coverage for the unit.
