Efficient experience with Stroke Protocol is required. Description: The CT Tech will work Monday to Friday during the daytime shift. This position involves floating between the emergency room and main CT unit. Guaranteed hours are 72 hours per 2-week period. The traveler may be called off for one shift during this period. Experience with GE equipment is mandatory. Candidates are expected to float between various departments within their skill set. The role requires proficiency in various CT procedures including 3D rendering, biopsies, and coronary CTA. Experience with charting systems, specifically EPIC, is required. Local candidates will not be accepted. This facility operates as a Level II Trauma Center and is equipped to handle a wide range of patient cases. Candidates must adhere to radiation safety guidelines and be able to perform venipuncture. All travelers are expected to commit to working three of the five major holidays during the assignment. References covering the last year will be required as part of the compliance process before the start date.
