Patient Types:
Care areas: ED, Outpatient, Inpatient
Primarily Adult/Geriatrics with some Peds/Neonates
Patients seen in a day (average per day):
Varies by day/shift
Required Licensure and Certifications:
BLS
ARRT (R) (CT) required
ME State license
Skills required:
CTA studies, Experience with general studies
IV start skills (preferred)
Experience with Siemens CT and XR equipment(preferred)
Support on the Unit:
Lead Tech/Department Administration
Multiple CT/DX techs scheduled for every shift
Internal Transport
Radiologist on site
Technology/Equipment:
EMR: Cerner
PACS: Enterprise Imaging AGFA

Orientation:
1-1.5 weeks, based on experience/comfort level
