Key Responsibilities

• Perform various radiographic, mammographic, computed tomography, and/or ultrasound examinations consistent with experience and competency
• Operate equipment across at least three imaging modalities on a regular basis, which may include CT, MRI, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Sonography, or PET
• Safely transport and transfer patients between gurneys and wheelchairs
• Prepare contrast agents safely for medical imaging procedures
• Test defibrillator and verify the integrity of the crash cart
• Perform mobile imaging examinations as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology required
• Radiologic Technologist (RT) license in the state of practice required
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R) certification required
• Current certification in at least one advanced modality (CT, Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Sonography, or PET) and ability to perform duties in at least one additional advanced modality required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• Minimum of two years of recent experience in the field

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (some certifications may require a Bachelor's degree)
• Master's Degree preferred
• Three or more years of technical experience in medical imaging
• Demonstrated competency across multiple imaging modalities
