RTO Restrictions: Finalized RTO must be included with submission. No RTO within first week of start date. No more than 7 days of RTO per assignment.
Guaranteed Hours: Contracted Hours. Low Census Mandatory cancellation terms: Must cancel 1.5 hours before the start of a shift. Personnel may be mandatorily cancelled one shift per two week pay period without cause or penalty.

Active Oregon State license or proof of Oregon license application and fingerprinting is required with submission.
References:
One professional reference from a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Manager is required with submission.
Reference should preferably be from within the last year.

Modules:
Pre-start requirements, including modules, skills testing, competencies, and compliance activities, are non-billable.
Estimated completion time is 4 8 hours.
Modules completed during orientation are billable or may be attributed to NBO if completed within the first 8 hours of orientation.
Epic Test-Out Requirement (RNs):
RNs are required to complete an Epic Test-Out Module.
If the RN does not pass the test-out, a mandatory 8-hour Epic training course will be assigned.
The training course is provided at no cost to Legacy.
Agencies should account for and margin this training time accordingly if the RN does not pass the test-out.
