Room,1 CT Room,1 Dexa Room.
- Will they have to float/cover any other areas?: Yes. Coverage will be CT and Xray, Surgery. We help
in all areas other than Mammo and US.
- Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties: Plain films, CT Scans, C-arm
procedures.
- Experience: Must have experience in Xray, CT experience preferred.
- Average # of scans/studies per day: Average 16 studies across all modalities Sunday-Saturday.
There will be other techs on until 4:30PM.
- EMR &/or PACS: EMR- Evident CPSI, PACS- Imagelink, MedQ- Radiologist Reading Room (AMI),
Doc Halo- Radiologist Reading Group.
- Department Specific Equipment: CT- Siemens, Xray Room & Portable- Shimadzu,
US, DEXA, C-arm - GE.
- Do they use RRA's: No
- Radiologist in-house?: No
- Do they have to start IV's?: Yes
- Shifts & Scheduling: We are looking for coverage of evening hours 2p-10:30p M-F.
- Weekend Requirements: Weekend call rotation starts Friday Evening and goes to Monday Morning.
- Holiday Requirements: Rotating Holidays.
- Call or Standby requirement?: Yes, 20 min response time. We do have housing.
- Scrub Color/Dress Code: No mandatory scrub color. Scrubs are not provided.
- Department specific orientation: There is no specific orientation for CT vs Xray. We all help in all
areas other than Mammo and US.
