Required Certificates: ARRT R, ARRT CT, BLS, and SC Radiology license
Must have at least one year of EPIC experience
Requiring 2 years of experience in field
Will review 1st time travelers based on experience
There are two techs staffed on this shift that cover x-ray and CT for the ED and inpatients. There is some transport involved in terms of getting patients to/from the ED. Radiologists are staffed off-site (at GMH) reading during these hours and available for questions. We use Epic - Radiant in radiology and also have Perfect Serve secure paging available to communicate with the radiologists. Primary stroke center.

Floating: While Prisma Health prioritizes keeping staff in their home unit, agency staff are required to float to other units or campuses as needed. Floating is limited to areas where staff are qualified and have documented competencies.

Extensions: Effective 2/1/26 (Nursing only, excluding CVOR) Travelers cannot extend for a 4
th
consecutive contract. Travelers will need to begin the process of converting to an employee status after working their third consecutive 13-week contract or after 39 weeks. If the traveler does not wish to convert to a team member status, they will be required to take a minimum six-month separation before they are eligible to return as a traveler for the organization.
Travelers must be 100 miles from every Prisma facility (regardless of where they are applying) to be eligible to travel in the system,
unless they are one of the two exceptions below
90-99.9 miles are accepted at a 10% bill rate reduction

Travelers are eligible for reimbursement for hours spent completing modules (up to 16 hours) and time will be verified upon start of contract.
