Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging on a high-volume caseload of approximately 30 patients per day, including inpatient, outpatient, ER, and trauma patients
• Operate across general CT and ER CT environments, with primary assignment in general CT and some ER shifts
• Conduct advanced procedures including drains, biopsies, stroke protocols, trauma scans, and coronary CTA scans
• Perform IV starts and port access as required for contrast administration
• Transport ER patients to and from the CT department as needed due to current transporter availability
• Document and manage imaging using Cerner EMR, McKesson PACS, and Siemens equipment (including Somatom Sensation 64-slice, Edge, Force, and Flash)

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification with Kentucky KBMIRT licensure required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of CT technologist experience required
• Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma experience required
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR and McKesson PACS required
• Experience with Siemens CT equipment required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of CT technologist experience preferred
• Experience with stroke protocols, trauma imaging, and coronary CTA scans preferred
• Familiarity with Siemens Somatom Sensation 64-slice scanner and/or Siemens Edge, Force, or Flash platforms
