Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a critical care unit requiring MA licensure and 2+ years of CCU/ICU experience.

Details

• Critical care unit treating trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, medically unstable, and cardiac patients
• Acutely ill patients requiring monitoring, assessment, and interventions at least hourly
• Night shift schedule, 7p-7a, 3x12-hour shifts per week
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required (temporary MA license accepted)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of CCU/ICU experience required
• Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

• Provide close monitoring and timely interventions for high-acuity patients across multiple specialties
• Blue scrubs recommended, though no strict color requirement
• Former staff employees of the facility are not eligible to return as travelers
• RTO limited to no more than 7 days during the assignment
• Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate within 50 miles of the facility
