Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Minimum 2 years of current critical care or ICU nursing experience
• Experience with ventilators, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Current AHA ACLS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Willingness to float to PCU as needed
• Reliable personal vehicle required
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
• TNCC preferred
• BSN preferred
• Ability to provide requested compliance documents and reference history

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition in a fast-paced critical care setting
• Manage ventilator, ICP, and hemodynamic monitoring equipment as part of routine patient care
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe patient outcomes
• Float to PCU when needed to support patient care needs across the unit
• Document care accurately and maintain strong clinical communication throughout the shift
• Support a professional, team-oriented environment focused on excellence in patient care
