Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of current critical care or ICU nursing experience
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Current AHA ACLS certification
• Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Experience with ventilators, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring required
• Willingness to float to PCU as needed
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced acute care setting
• Own reliable transportation required
• Strongly preferred: Meditech Expanse experience
• Preferred: TNCC certification
• Preferred: BSN

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor and assess ventilated patients, ICP values, and hemodynamic status
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, timely, and effective treatment plans
• Float to PCU when needed to meet patient care demands
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely charting in the clinical record
• Respond to changing patient conditions with strong critical thinking and clinical judgment
• Support a safe, patient-centered environment across all assigned shifts
