Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Float Pool position requiring ICU training and PCU/Telemetry background to support multiple units on a 12-hour day shift schedule.

Details

  • Resource Staff Pool position floating among PCU, ED Hold, and two Med Surg units as needed
  • 12-hour day shift schedule, 06:45 AM - 07:15 PM, 48 hours per week
  • Cerner EMR experience preferred

Requirements

  • Active RN license (any state accepted, VT or compact license must be applied for upon acceptance)
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification required
  • Dysrhythmia testing required
  • ICU travel experience required
  • PCU/Telemetry background preferred

Additional Information

  • Float as needed across assigned units based on facility staffing needs
  • Orientation held on a biweekly basis
  • Schedule requests approved at manager's discretion
  • Own vehicle recommended as public transportation is not accessible to the facility
  • Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered
