Position: Critical Care Float Pool RN

Shift: 3x12s | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (36 hours/week) - Weekend nights Friday/Saturday + 1 Night shift

Description:

Join our dedicated Critical Care Float Pool specializing in weekend night shifts with flexibility to adapt to unit needs as they arise. As a Critical Care Float Pool RN, you will provide care in various ICU settings according to staffing demands and patient acuity, including:

• Neuro ICU
• Surgical ICUs
• Medical ICUs (MICU x2)
• Cardiology/Diagnostics
• CVICU
• SICU / MICU / NCCU

Float Policy:

Nurses are required to float to units of equivalent or lower acuity as part of their responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications – Required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records – Required
• Must possess the following skills:
  • IV Start
  • Telemetry monitoring
  • Ventilator management experience
