Contract | Night Shift (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend | No On-Call Required

Key Responsibilities

  • Function as a float pool nurse with the flexibility to rotate across multiple units including Emergency Department, ER Hold, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and Stepdown/PCU
  • Deliver safe, high-quality patient care with nurse-to-patient ratios of up to 1:6 in Medical-Surgical settings
  • Adapt clinical practice to meet the varying needs of diverse patient populations across units
  • Adhere to unit-specific protocols, compliance requirements, and orientation schedules
  • Work assigned major holidays as required per contract terms; no block schedule requests will be accommodated

Required Qualifications

  • Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
  • Must maintain full compliance with all onboarding requirements; core items and labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing and all compliance documents must be submitted by the Tuesday prior to start
  • Must be fully flexible with scheduling — no block schedule requests accepted; no RTO or schedule changes permitted post-offer or during orientation week
  • Maximum of 7 days of RTO per contract; all RTO must be finalized at time of submission
  • Local candidates are welcome and accepted at the same rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior travel nursing experience is a plus; first-time travelers are eligible and welcome to apply
  • Experience across multiple acute care settings (ED, Telemetry, PCU, Med-Surg) is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new environments and varying patient acuity levels
