Join a leading acute-care hospital as an ICU Registered Nurse in Mission Viejo, CA. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic Float Pool environment, where you will be required to float to different ICU floors or lower acuity units as needed. As a critical member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced setting.

This position requires a minimum of one year of experience in an ICU setting, and first-timers are welcome to apply. You must be available to work every other weekend, with the possibility of exceeding this requirement to meet unit needs. You will also need to hold current ACLS, BCLS, and NIH certifications.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Floating between like units as necessary.
• Adhering to hospital policies and procedures.

• Guaranteed Hours: The facility may call off once per two-week pay period.
• Hospital Highlights: May be required to float to Providence Mission Laguna.
• Type of Facility: Acute Care Hospital with 488 total staffed beds.
