**Join Our Dynamic Float Pool Team as an ICU RN!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** Float Pool Pod A ICU RN - **Type of Position:** Float position - **Work Schedule:** Night shifts, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) - **Unit Needs:** Flexibility required! - Float to different ICU floors or lower acuity units, including telemetry - Weekend shifts: Minimum of every other weekend, may exceed to meet unit needs - **Major Holidays:** Must be open to working 3 out of 5 major holidays - **Experience Requirement:** - 1 year of ICU experience required - First-timers accepted - **Clinical Certifications Required:** - ACLS - BCLS - NIH Stroke Scale - **Floating Requirement:** Yes, must be open to floating between similar units - **Scheduling Requests:** Must include RTO at the time of submission; requests due to outside employment will not be considered - **Guaranteed Hours:** Facility reserves the right to call off once per two-week pay period - **Hospital Highlights:** - May be required to float to Providence Mission Laguna - Type of Facility: Acute Care Hospital - Total Staffed Beds: 488 - Charting System: Epic - Free Parking Available Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
