Pride Health is hiring a Travel & Relations Coordinator to support our client’s Health and Wellness Services division in Lenexa, KS. This role is responsible for coordinating and booking travel accommodations for a large network of independent contractors supporting onsite health and wellness events.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with experience in travel coordination, booking, administration, or a similar field.

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and book travel accommodations for independent contractors, including flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Send travel itineraries and booking confirmations to contractors via email.
- Process travel changes, cancellations, refunds, and other booking adjustments.
- Follow corporate travel policies, budget guidelines, and approved vendor requirements.
- Coordinate with travel vendors and corporate rental car partners such as Hertz and Avis.
- Track travel expenses, invoices, and reconciliations in coordination with the Program Management team.
- Use corporate credit cards for approved travel purchases and maintain accurate tracking records.
- Ensure travel records are updated accurately for month-end reconciliation.
- Handle travel-related escalations and provide support for urgent or after-hours travel issues when needed.
- Reference and enforce corporate flight agreements and travel guidelines before making bookings.
- Assist contractors with questions regarding assignments, scheduling, and portal access.
- Support the scheduling and assignment of contractors to clinics as directed by the Event Specialist team.
- Partner with the Health and Wellness Staffing team on special projects and administrative assignments.
- Provide excellent customer service and timely support to contractors throughout the travel and assignment process.
- Perform additional duties based on workload, business needs, and seasonal requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Previous corporate travel coordination, travel booking, staffing coordination, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent phone and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments and team members.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends and extended hours as business needs require.
